    Form 8453 mailed B4 return Efiled

    I think Form 8453 is suppose to be submitted after return is accepted. Will there be any consequenses to me for sending it to the IRS before transmitting the return?

    Not thinking, I sent the form 8453 w/ fuel tax credit to the IRS on Friday, however I did not have the spouse sign the 8879 so I had not yet transmitted the return to the IRS until today.
