    Any help on Amish question?

    Still looking for answers on my Amish question. What resources should I use to answer my questions? 4029 exemption now, can I amend back and get a refund on his SE? Wife isn't exempt, but employer treated her as such. My concern or theirs?

      TP filed his 4029 for 2007. Can he file amended returns to get a refund on past SE payments (04, 05 and 06). Someone (in his community) told him this might be possible. Also, wife is not exempt. She worked for a employer who is exempt and they did not withhold FICA. Is this my worry or the employer who did not report correctly. Is there any written material on this subject? Thanks for any help
