    Conservator Fees/SE Tax

Are fees received for acting as Conservator or Executor subject to Self Employment?
    Thanks,

    Thanks,
probably not, unless said conservator is in the trade of business of being such.

My client has POA, Guardian etc. for her relative who has alzheimer. My client is not paid but places about 18K miles on her vehicle a year looking after the business affairs of her relative. Any of that deductible for my client say a charitible miles?

If her relative is a 501(c)3 organization mileage would be deductible. Your client should get reimbursed for the relative if at all possible.
