    Dep 39 year?

    Client, LLC, owns shopping mall.

    Total remodeling cost = $201,000

    Some of the items include:

    AC and heating = $53865
    Electrical = 49216
    Ceiling and tile = 11000
    Plumbing = 45000
    Doors = 2000
    fire alarm = 8940
    List continues

    Should I apply 39 yr for all?

      items sound like part and parcel of the structure itself. So yes; 39 years.
