Has anyone work with a Form 1099-H before? Is the amount shown in Box 1 on a Form 1099-H (Health Coverage Tax Credit) taxable? Thank you.

See the recipient's instructions for Form 1099-H. You have to go to the fourth page of the PDF. You'll be able to read the instructions that appear on the back of Form 1099-H. These instructions are meant for the person receiving the form--not the person preparing or issuing the form. This may help.
