Business have four company vehicles.
Can you choose mileage on 2 of them and depreciate the other 2, or does the write-off have to be the same on all vehicles

No, the standard mileage rate does not have to be used on all vehicles. The only limitation is that you can't use the standard mileage rate on five or more vehicles at the same time.
