    CA Multi Member LLC taxed as a PS

    Please forgive my ignorance on this, but I need some guidance.

    A multi-member LLC in CA will be filing as a PS. So, I would prepare a fed form 1065 for federal purposes.

    CA wants a from 568, correct.

    Does CA also want a form 565 for the PS?

    Dear David

    My reply to your other question about California LLCs, posted this date, may be of assistance. You definitely need to read and/or download the CA Form 568 Booklet.
