    Forgot to include 1099-R info

I misplaced a 1099-R for an early distribution (I'm 46) from my Roth IRA. I only withdrew the principal so there is no change to the amount of tax I owe. Should I file a 1040X? Or can I just ignore it?
    Thanks for any help.

    File the 1040X

The IRS will send you the annoying CP2000 notice, and you'll have to take the time then to address the issue. Might as well take care of it now.
