    Georgia return

I am filing a Georgia return for a client (non resident). They have depreciable rental property in Georgia. Do I need to file the Georgia depreciation form as well as the federal 4562 for the state or just one or the other?

    Thanks

Not unless there is a difference between federal and state calculations.

And if your client is like mine, they've had the property since before 2007, and with no
new equipment, house, etc bought in2007, the 4562 isn't even needed for federal.
