    tax rebate

    the checks Bush is sending to individuals. What if a spouse is behind in child support? Will this check be used to offset this? Or can you file an injured spouse so it doesnt all go to it?

      I have a question

      Why would someone who won't support their kids expect to have any right to receive the rebate?
