    PA Preparers

I'm in CT and on my own for the first season. My son and girlfriend in PA gave me their information to file their returns. I'm a federal ERO. Do I have to do anything with PA to e-file PA returns? Is there a list that tells which states accept my federal status? Thanx.

    I have efiled for PA

    no problem.

    ERO Registration For Pennsylvania
The Department no longer requires approved Electronic Return Originators (EROs) to
register separately for electronic filing in Pennsylvania. The Department obtains ERO
information from the IRS. Once an ERO has been approved to file with the IRS, it is
automatically approved to file with the Department as well.
