    Taxpayer drawing social security on deceased husband. Printout fro social security office has deceased husbands social security # . Has taxpayers name, but # of decease spouse. Could there be a problem with filing for stimulus?

    The person who is drawing the SS should have SS number on the 1099SSA.

    Upper right side of the form. This is the # that IRS looks at.

    The SS # on the lower right side should be her husband. It is not used for the return.
