    Taxpayer works abroad W-2 wages and is filing form 1040 with form 2555 (foreign income exlusion), do they qualify for the stimulus refund??

      I don't know, however, when I use the information on my tax program, the program estimate rebate
      of $300 single or $600 for married.
      I would guess YES

          Hey, Sandy. Thought I responded, but it disappeared. I don't know about your clients from CA, but my CT clients who are working overseas make waaaaaay too much to qualify for the rebate!

            I will have to check on the $ limit, one of mine might be okay for 2007 as he changed employers and actually earned less than in 2006.
