I believe it has been posted. If you're just looking for the tables they're on page 16-13 of TTB.

I don't think your going to see a new Pub. 600 this year. The Sales tax information and tables on in the instruction for form 1040,A,B,C,E,F,etc.

And for Florida, the 2005 tables are much lower then last year.
