Received message from efile service that IL is requiring that tax preparer fax a copy of any out stte return for which the taxpayer is claiming tax income tax paid on the IL CR form for any e-filed IL 1040. If not faxed within 10 days of notification of acceptance of the return, the credit will be denied. Has anyone seen this? Never had a problem last year.
