Amended 1120S

I have to do an amended 1120S because I put the wrong numbers in the Form 8903 (DPAD). (I do the individual so no harm done as yet on that side of things.)

The instructions are not clear to me.

My questions is (since I've never done an amended 1120S before): Do you file with all the forms and attachments or just page 1 and the changes? In this case the changes will be the 8903 and the K-1's.
