    2nd Home

Taxpayer owns two homes, one he lives in and the other his inlaws live in. He pays taxes and interest on both homes(he owns both)

They are both deductible on his Sch a right?

    he owns and has mortgage

He can deduct on his Sch A. Mortgage interest deduction is limited to 2 homes, but real estate taxes can be deducted for all properties.
