Have any of you come across a SSA 1099 with a Medicare Advantage Part C on it? I have to say this is the first time I have seen it. I don't have any place to put it in my software or on a Sch A, I'm not sure I should group it up with part B. I have a sherch in TTB and so far haven't found anything. Thanks

Medicare Part C Coverage
Medicare Advantage Plans, called “Part C,” combine Part A (Hospital)
and Part B (Medical). Private insurance companies approved
by Medicare provide this coverage.
These plans often have networks, in which patients may have
to see doctors who belong to the plan or go to certain hospitals
to get covered services. In many cases, costs for services can be
lower than in the original Medicare plan. Some of these plans
coordinate care, using networks and referrals, more than others.
This can help manage overall care and can result in savings.
Medicare Advantage Plans include:
• Medicare Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plans.
• Medicare Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Plans.
• Medicare Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) Plans.
• Medicare Special Needs Plans.
• Medicare Medical Savings Account (MSA) Plans.
Assistance. For help in comparing plans, call 1-800-MEDICARE.
TTY users should call 1-800-486-2048.
