Does the surviving widow/widower still get decedent's (death in 2007) $300/whatever in addition to his/hers? It seems like they would/should. Anybody know for sure?

I'm curious about this too; just had new client come in and she brought deceased Mom's stuff as well. Mom died Jan 1 2008. was single. Will her daughter get her rebate? -
