    ?Chapter 18?

    Had someome stop today who is on the board of a school athletic "booster" club and they said they are a "nonprofit organization under chapter 18". I never heard of such an animal. They want to switch to 501(c)3 in order to get some large corporate donations.

    The Internal Revenue Code jumps from chapter 14 to chapter 21. There are no chapters in between.

      Could it be Chapter 18 of the state code?
