    HOH question

    man and woman live together. Baby born in October is not man's kid. Man lived in household whole time baby was alive. Man provided over cost of household. Can the man claim HOH? The woman has income of 30k, and so does man. Man provided over 1/2 of household cost. Thanks in advance everybody.
