    Truucker question.

    Client in trucking business filing schedule C wants to know if since he cant park
    his truck at his home can he claim millage from his home to where the trucks must
    be parked. His records etc are kept at his house. Can he Deduct?
    Any comment?

      Tax Home

      Personal mileage to the truck terminal to board truck is commuting. The truck terminal is his "tax home."

      Break down in Nebraska? and have to drive personal vehicle out there to tend to the situation? Deductible mileage.
