1099 Misc?

I have a sheet of paper with a 1099-Misc of gas royality. It does not have an ID# nor the address on it, just the amount. This needs to go on sch E but without a # or address can I put this on the 1040 under income or does it HAVE to go on Sch E? Thank you very much.

Gas and Oil Royalty goes on Schedule E.

Show the gross, take a tax deduction for the taxes withheld, and calculate depletion.

All goes on E.
