ATX = Taxwise?

I sent an e-mail request to ATX support and got a response from someone at taxwise.com.

All the ATX tech people are now mostly actually taxwise people CCH moved all the support to GA and merged the two companies support departments.

Thanks Joan, I have been on hold for an hour, they buggered up the Virginia return with the last update they did. It was working just fine and was correct, now I cannot e-file returns with tax credit for low income.
