    commissions

Client is employed by an individual. The agreement is that client pays individual 10% commission based on 1099 misc income. Does client issue a 1099misc to his employer for the 10% he pays him at year end? Or is the payment simply listed a commissions paid on the clients sched C?
    Thank you.

Are you saying individual pays your client 100% and then gets a "rebate", refund, kickback for
        10%?
Seems the 1099 should only be for 90%.
