Brad - Hurrican Wilma Ooops one more question

On my 12/23/05 posting I asked if the $100 and 10% AGI WOULD NOT apply (waived) to individuals personal residence affected by Hurricane Wilma in florida as it does for Katrina Hurricane victims.

I meant to further state would the $100 and 10% agi NOT (waived)apply to individuals SECOND personal residence, (their personal residence is in NJ, but their SECOND personal residence is in florida which was damaged).

again, it is their SECOND personal residence.

thanks again and I will try to be clearer in the future

It applies to any personal casualty loss in the Hurricane disaster area that would normally be subject to the 10% / $100 limitations. So yes, damage to a second home would qualify.

      Bees - Thank You

Glad to hear that a second personal residence would not be subject to the limitations
