Another problem for MN Proseries users

Just a heads up for those of you with MN clients who use the K-12 education expense deduction on the state return. You will get an odd error message (0298) if you efile it. I talked to both Proseries and the Dept of Revenue yesterday. Proseries is aware of the error and is working on a fix. They seem to be having problems with MN efiling this year. Prior to 1/30 if you filed a MN return with a Day Care credit, you'd get an error but Proseries did fix that problem earlier this week.

On another board, someone posted that ATX is having problems with MN efiles too. So you are not alone!
