    OK, so I'm confused. Is there supposed to be a 990 N "electronic postcard" this year or not, and if so, when can we access them?

      Yes, non-profits are supposed to get one in the mail and then can electronically file. That's all I know. You might find the info on irs.gov.

          I looked on the IRS website today. There is on 990N listed. Hopefully they'l put it up, so we can comply with the law.
