    W-2 reporting and employer provided vehicle

    Anyone know a good place or resource to find a description and examples of how to value, document, report & file to IRS, and properly prepare W-2 and 941/944 and 940 (if required) forms. I know the personal use of an employer provided vehicle must be valued, added to the employee's income, taxed and reported. I am just not sure the best way of doing it. Any suggestions?

    This is probably too simple an answer and you already know this, but try Instructions for W-2's, 941 etc, Publication 15 and Publication 15B (Fringe Benefits).
