Has anyone figured allocated tips by the hours worked method. Have taken the employee's hr divided by all hours and multipled by 8% of gross sales minus the reported tips. just wondering is this the right method to use. Form 8027 not required as less than 10 employees and less than 80 hrs. My first on to calculate allocated tip income.
