    Truck or Van

    Anyone happen to know the specific code section which states that an SUV is considered a "Truck or Van" for purposes of section 280F? Passenger cars are defined using "unloaded gross vehicle weight" while trucks and vans are defined using "gross vehicle weight." Is an SUV considered a truck by virtue of the fact that it is built on a truck frame? Or is there another definition of an SUV somewhere?
