    New to Tax Book - Need Help

    Hello All. I'm new to the Tax Book and right now I'm a bit confused. About a week ago I received an email saying that I was set up to take my CPE (I purchased that when I purchased my tax book) and could take my exam whenever I wanted. Great, but I hadn't received any materials yet, so I just left the email in my inbox.

    Today I received my CPE book, but I still have received "The TaxBook". The packing list only shows that I haven't received the "WebCD 2007".

    Is there some place where I can login and verify what I ordered, when it was/will be shipped, etc. or do I have to call them to figure this out?

    Give a call to the company and they will help you.

    The staff at TMI is wonderful and have always been able to help me the few times I've needed to call with a question! 1-(866) 919-5777.
