Visicalc
To my knowledge, Visicalc was THE very first usable spreadsheet for a PC, even
predating Microsoft's Multiplan alluded to in another post.
It was free, and you could do things with it (like exchanging columns for rows and
vicey versey) you couldn't do with Lotus 1 2 3.
