    Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act Signed

    President Bush also signed H.R. 3648 today, which offers some relief for discharge of indebtedness income when a principal residence is involved and clarifies some other sale-of-residence issues.

    I notice that it also contains the increased penalties for late-filed partnership and S-corps which we had been discussing on another string.

    Just one more reason why everyone needs the WebCD, the only product that can be updated after it has been shipped for all these tax law changes.

      I placed my order today for the books and the Web CD. One less thing to think about for another year.
