    2% shareholder insurance premium

    HI,

Is 2% shareholder insurance premium subject to FIT, SIT, and SDI?

Let's say the 2% shareholder insurance premium is $20,000 in 2007. The $20,000 will be included on W-2 Box 1 and identified on Box 14, but is there any tax applied to $20,000 or purely just included the amount on Box 1?

    Thank you very much!!
