I don't do much payroll so wanted to verify:

Payroll decutions for employees portion of health insurance premiums are an after tax deduction aren't they? So subject to FIT, SS and medicare.

Only sec 125 are after taxes correct?

Payroll deductions above subject to withholding as you mentioned not a part of THE plan, are as you describe,
and therefore "post tax".

But those persuant to THE plan, are pre tax, iow, no
withholdings.
