    Looking for pocket calendar

I have used for 20+ years the At-A-Glance pocket calendar, 70-037, approximate 2½" × 4". They have discontinued that product this year.

It was perfect, fit in my shirt pocket. Showed a week at a time. Had a small address book and monthly recap sheets for mileage and expenses.

Does anyone have another that I can use in my tax practice?

I bought my wife a solar powered one (any light charges it) at Radio Shack about 10 years ago. It has worked like a charm everyday! It's 3x5, but will easily fit in your pocket.

      I have one

It's a little larger than what you said: 3-1/2 x 6, with a flat pen in a cover pocket.

We use it for another business we operate out of this office. I over-ordered this year and I have quite a few left over.

Email or Private Message me your address and I'll gladly send you one.

        Me, can't read!

        Jiggers,

I'm so sorry for misreading your request. I see you wanted a "calendar", not calculator. Please just disregard the post.

Jiggers, TTB folks have a great pocket calendar that includes a mileage & expense log.

            Calendars

I loved those At-A-Glance calendars; you could get the format and size to fit your needs. I'm using a Filo-Fax now and like that I can buy special pages if needed; however, the one I'm using won't fit in a pocket. I did purchase the 2008 calendars from TMI for my clients to encourage them to keep mileage logs. They're pocket size, regular calendars, but have sections for mileage and unreimbursed business expenses and a few tax-related informational charts and lines asking for beginning and ending year mileage. Most of my clients have the latest Blackberry or Treo or Palm or whatever, but if it's buried in a briefcase in their trunk it doesn't do us any good at tax time. Ask TMI for a sample.

I use a Palm. It has an expense book, where I record mileage and any other small cash payments (parking meters) and a great calendar, notepad, and can accept excel & word docs. I can also play solitaire when I'm stuck waiting somewhere. Don't know how I lived without one within about an hour of purchasing it.

                  At-a-glance replacement

                  Jiggers,
you might check with them. They have one that is similar, 7100.
