    Lacerte not answering their telephone

    Does anyone know whats going on at Lacerte? They are not answering their telephone this morning (Mon Morning Dec 3 '07). Hopefully just a temporary clitch in the phone system.

    Where are they located? Maybe they are having trouble getting into their office because of weather problems.

        Just found this on their website:

        "Lacerte Customer Service, Sales, and Support is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our telephone system. Our engineering team is diligently working to resolve this issue. We will keep you up to date as we learn more. Lacerte Service and Support agents are currently available to answer your questions via email. Simply login to My Account, select Online Support, and follow the on-screen instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
