now in critical condition and is in ICU in Houston. His wife called me this morning. It no longer looks good. I'll keep all of you updated as his situation progresses. I know for a fact that Stevie has been extremely thankful for all the help he has received from all of his collegues on this board. I too, am thankful for all of you and all the prayers you have given for Stevie.

Larry, send word that we care. Prayer has been known to help, but God may view the portal differently than we do.

Send word to him that there are dozens of us cyber-companions who care and support him and his family in these hours. I am one of many who for years have read the helpful comments from Bird Legs informing others of tax facts and helping to answer their questions.

In all of this time, I don't recall a single snide comment from Bird Legs. He never stoops to enter a pointless fray or banter. If there are any among us more professional, I don't know who it would be.

Larry, I don't know your connection to Stevie Wells, but you are obviously family or friend. Tell him he has dozens of fans from this forum from all over the country that are in spiritual support of him and his family.

Your msg was heart felt. And you are so right. According to his wife, Stevie has NEVER uttered a cuss word or raised his voice in anger. How many of us can say that. Not me. I will keep everyone abreast of his condition. And I have relayed the number of collegues that have viewed my postings to Stevie via his wife and I will continue to do so. Thanks again to everyone for your messages.

I wasn't sure if Stevie would make it through today and I was holding off until I knew more before making a final post. To answer your question, yes there will be and I will be sure to post it. Thank you so much for asking.
