    W-3 for 2006

I have a new client that has not filed a W-3 for the C-Corp that he runs, but does not own (corp owned by a foreign owner who has no idea). The wages were paid to he and his wife--they created W-2s for themselves, but nothing has been sent to Social Security. I do not have any remaining 2006 W-2/W-3 forms for 2006.

    Any suggestions?

    2006 W-2 & W-3

Go to google and type in 2006 W-2 the click in go search.
This should help. If the Copy A has to be in red you might have to go to the nearest IRS office, or order them from a supply store.

I have a few left over.

Order them from the IRS. I just had to do that for 2003 & 2004 Forms W-2 & W-3. They arrived within a few days.

Hope the 941 and state reports filed!

I would hope that the 941's and state reports have been filed.

Also, the forms for W-2's and W-3's do not have to be in red ink. I print mine on plain paper using my software.
