The banks (HSBC & SBBT) aren't offering the product this year. HRB has something tied to last years Emerald Card. My understanding is NO bank is offering an early product this year,

Chase is doing an instant refund for prior clients using last pay stub. Minimum refund amount is $2,500. Obviously targeting EIC where money doesn't matter. They want $49.00 in addition to the regular fee of $104.00, tack on your prep fee and client say's, "what time can I pick up the check."

Myself, I will not offer this product even though I use Chase Bank, normal RAL's are bad enough.
