Of course, "move" is missing from all cites. My point, however, is that the reason for the "move" is the central cause-and-effect event at the center of the "sale" in cases where a partial exemption would apply.

I'll not further banter semantics with you davc, the readers can decide whether I've contridicted myself or not. If I have gone in two different directions with this, it was certainly not intended.

I will also invite attention to the length of time it takes to sell a farm versus a single residence. For any number of reasons it is invariably longer. Restricted market. More precarious credit. Family options and interventions. The list is long. Does not mean that four years can automatically be justified, but much more likely than a single residence.
