Rollover IRA SEP to SEP??

Client has a SEP IRA he set up a few years ago and is not happy with the return on it so now he wants to move it out of the current company that has a broker and self broker it for himself.
Is this just like a rollover IRA? He already has a new company chosen and just wants to do a simple rollover not touching any of the money. My thought are yes he can but I just wanted to make sure before he does it. It is so rare that they the clients actually call before anything is done maybe my hounding is paying off finally.

The SEP IRA can be rolled over into a new SEP IRA, or a traditional IRA, or another qualified retirement plan.
