    Depreciable Life

    One of these days my mind is going to start working again. Until that time, will need help
    from all of you.
    Facts: C Corp. built a storage shed. Total cost $2,300. Purpose is to store equip.
    and supplies in.
    Question: What is the depreciable life of this storage shed? 391/2 yrs?

      You are close to the truth. Commercial real estate 39-year, not 39 1/2-year.

      Lets meet in the Bahamas or someplace to get some fresh air before tax season starts.
