        Okay -
        Assuming that the system HAS been improved to log in and get set up -
        does the IRS provide you with a listing in plain English of all their codes so you could interpret what they mean and user friendly so you could navigate the site?

          On ChEAr$ recommendation, I'll give it a shot one more time next week. A friend uses it all the time and has never had a bad experience with it. My experience is just the opposite.

              I believe the codes are a closely held IRS secret. At least all of the ex-IRS agents I work with speak of have wanting to abscond with the codebooks, but not being allowed to under penalty of death or something like that. I do know code '290' is that the case is closed.
