    GR,

Sometime ago, maybe a month ago, you posted a reply to someone where you gave a quick example of how to write up corporate minutes outlining the repayment of shareholder loans to the corp. I did find mention of this in prior posts, but your's was very specific to this.

I have searched for over 45 minutes, but cannot find it. Do you remember the thread and if so, could you tell me which one it is so I can do a re-read?

    Thank you,

    Dennis

    Hi Dennis

DTS, I remember the thread but I don't recognize the scenario that you pose.

You might try your own thread that you started on 09/07/07, S corp Loans vs. APIC.
That comes closer to the subject matter that you are discussing, I believe.

    Thanks for your confidence. GR

I think I am losing my marbles! I just got through doing a search of all of your posts and nothing. I swear, I was not drinking!

The thread I'm thinking of came in after my thread you're referring to, but it was something similar to that one.

Obviously, it was someone else and I'll just keep looking until I run across it.

        Private Message

Dennis, please feel free to send a private message if you need to.
This is obviously a two-party conversation, and might not be of
interest to anyone else. Regards, GR.

          I found it

The post I wanted to see was in a thread about "S Corporation Audits Coming Soon". The post in question was by Jiggers and a seminar that was attended. Also, it was not about loan repayment, but about reasonable wage being paid when cash was available.

          Sorry for the confusion.

            Gr,

In my zeal to find something, I forgot about the email solution TMI wants us to use. You are right and I will send you one a bit later.

Thank you for the reminder and the offer!
