    944-V Voucher

Does anyone out there make thier quarterly 944 deposits by mailing them in with a 944-V Voucher (rather than take them to the bank with a 8109 coupon form which IRS is making harder and harder to get those coupons)?

      Blank 8109-B Coupons

I had someone go into the local IRS office a few weeks back to ask for some 8109-B coupons. Not only would they only give out one coupon, but they actually filled in the ID number & mailing info before they would release it. They refused to hand out any blanks.

However, I sent IRS a letter on my letterhead requesting a supply of 25 blanks for my accounting practice, and they sent them to me within about 3 weeks. Here's the address just in case you need it:

        Thanks

Thank you John H. I'm tempted to just mail in the payment on a 944-V, but I'll get these coupons just in case.
