    Is she a Dependent

    I know IRS made new rules, but if Taxpayers girlfriend lived with him all year, and made no money, he paid rent and all the bills, can't she be considered a dependent? Thank you.

      If she lived there all year as a member of the household and it does not violate local law.
      I would put a favorite quote in here, but it would get me banned from the board.
