    He is selling a business in Canadan for about $75,000.00

    How the heck to we handle this?

    Who taxes what and is there a good tax software to file Canada tax returns?

    There is a guy named Tim Paris who prepares both Canadian and US tax returns. He sometimes answers questions of this type on the Yahoo group, TaxProExchange.

      you might try #810-982-6300, its a tax office in michigan?
      i dunno where i got that number but they helped me with canadian issues in the past.
