    Straightline depreciation

Where do I find the charts for straightline depreciation in TheTaxBook?

5 year property and 7 year property.

I have looked all through Chapter 9 and Chapter 10.

    Or am I blind?

    Divide

the number 1 by the number of years remaining in the recovery period to get the per cent. However, I think you will have to take in account the convention you are using the first year. This is for GDS using SL not ADS using SL. More simple to look them up in Pub 946.

IRS Pub has a chart that covers GDS and ADS SL.

I had my hands on TTB and couldn't find that chart.
